Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Zisef Cards (the "Service"), operated by StartPro Corp, a company incorporated in Ontario, Canada ("StartPro", "we", "us"). By accessing our website, joining our waitlist, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

The Service is intended for businesses and their authorized representatives. You must have the authority to bind your business to these Terms and to complete any required identity and business verification.

2. Account registration and verification

To use the Service, you will register for an account and complete identity verification for yourself and your business. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep it up to date. We may decline to open an account, or may suspend or close one, where verification cannot be completed or where required by law.

3. Card issuance and use

Once your account is set up and funded, you may issue virtual cards for teams, projects or vendors within your business, and configure limits such as spending categories and budgets. You are responsible for how cards you issue are used, and for ensuring only authorized individuals hold them. Cards may be declined where a category restriction, spending limit, or available balance is not met.

4. Funding and fees

You are responsible for maintaining sufficient balance to cover card activity and any recurring charges. Applicable fees, if any, will be disclosed to you within the Service before you are charged.

5. Acceptable use

• You will not use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent or unauthorized purpose
• You will not attempt to circumvent card limits, category restrictions, or verification requirements
• You will not misrepresent your identity or your business

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we believe these Terms have been violated, if required by law or by a card network or banking partner, or to protect the Service or its users. You may close your account at any time, subject to settling any outstanding balances.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, StartPro will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the date above or through other appropriate means. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
